Happy New Year!

So, it's 2007? wow!

On New Year's Eve we went to Andy's parents house(his parents were away) and had a very fun time. Jenn's friends brought the game Dance Dance Revolution, the game for playstation 2 where you have to move on a dance pad where the arrows on the screen show you to step. It was very hard, but fun!! And good exercise!

I'm reading Bruchko and the Motilone Miracle which is kind of part 2 to the original Bruchko story. This book summarizes what was in the first book and then talks about what happened after the year described in the first book. The first book and this 2nd book are so inspirational to me. I'd suggest every Christian or anyone who is wanting to read an inspiring book to read it. It makes you remember or realize so many things. One is how much we whine about really small things in life. We often don't appreciate what God has done for us, and we don't appreciate the peace we have living in the US. Colombia is very very dangerous, even for the native people there. Guerrillas want their land, and will kill them for it if they have to. But that's only one small aspect of the book. The simplicity of the people and their true love for God is the inspiring part.
