So Happy For Two of My Friends

Two of my closest friends, Andy and Jenn, are adopting a 4 year old cutie named Nicholas and I am so happy for them. The adoption process is almost complete and he has been staying with them for a few days here and there to get used to them. He was in foster care since he was 5 weeks old, and was fortunate enough to be with a nice family during that whole time instead of getting shifted around all the time. The family he was living with has EIGHT children under 8yrs old in their house! Four they have adopted, and the other four were foster kids. They couldn't afford to adopt them all and that is why Nicholas is getting adopted by Andy and Jenn. He's so cute and sweet, I've had the pleasure of being around him three times already. He fits perfectly with them and already treats them like his mommy and daddy. And they treat him just like a real son. They met him for the first time(after hearing about him)a little over a month ago and now when you see them together it's perfect and truly meant to be.

Jenn just found out she is pregnant right before meeting Nicholas too! They had wanted to have a baby for a couple years but she had one miscarriage and then no further pregnancies. So they know they were meant to have Nicky(as they call him) in their lives and it was a way of God leading them to adopt, and delaying the pregnancy. So now, Jenn is due in the end of October!! I'm just thrilled for them, they really deserve all these blessings. I've known them both so long and they've been wanting to have a child ever since getting married almost 4 years ago.
